Matthew David Hopkins is a voice over actor and artist with several years of experience in the film and gaming industry. He is born in South Africa, spending most of his life and currently living in Wellington, New Zealand. Matt can perform a wide range of different accents and shines in his ability to bring character personalities with unique voices to life. Beginning his career as an actor at a young age and pushing his talents as a Television host and with commercials later on he found his love for this work. Joining Weta Workshop in 2011 as an effects artist to work on big movie projects like The Hobbit Trilogy beside establishing new contacts and projects in the voice acting community. Since 2019 focusing on his passion as a voice over artist again with mainly sci-fi, fantasy and adventure audiobooks for the US-market beside commercials for the gaming industry.
